Getting to know us

Its important to us that we work with people we can get along with so if you are interested in investing then we will want to meet first either over phone but preferably in person

 

DEAL APPRAISAL

When we have a suitable project that meets you investment criteral we will send you a full appraisal. You can decide if and how you invest your money


LEGALS
We will draw up the necessary legal agreements to protect both parties and once signed the investment can be made.


DEAL PROGRESSION
In the background we will ensure the investment opportunities are progressed and work to secure the necessary planning permissions.


BUILD
We typically get to work on our site on day 1 of ownership and typically turn them around in a year


SALE

Once the build has been completed they will be dressed for sale and placed on the market with known agents. On sale completion of all units we distribute funds back to investors or on completion of fixed term investments.

 

Types of investment

Commercial Loan 

Either a fixed rate of return with investment split across multiple projects or a variable rate of return based on the performance of a specific project.

Joint venture investment

An exciting way to become involved in property by leveraging our experience. We source the property and manage the build to completion, with investors sharing the profits.


Frequently asked questions
 

How safe is my money?  
We are experienced developers and apply a rigorous process to selecting each investment property. Your money will be invested in a physical 'bricks and mortar' asset. We always plan a number of completion strategies for each project to ensure success in a range of market conditions, however it is important to note that your money is at risk and returns cannot be guarenteed.

How much return will I get?
Depending on the type of investment that you choose, you'll either receive a fixed return or a share of the profits from each project.

Can I get my money back after invested?
Yes. Our contracts are either for fixed terms or until the sale of a property, at which point money can be returned back to investors.

Can I get regular updates on my investment? 
We'll send you a updates at key stages of your investment. You can still check in with us for progress updates at any time - you’ll have our direct mobile numbers.

How long is the investment for?
Investments are either for one year or upon sale of the property, whichever is the latter. There are backstops in your contract to ensure the property is sold quickly.

Can I influence the properties you purchase?
We have an in-depth knowledge of our areas and apply a rigorous process of selecting potential investment properties. However, Joint Venture partners are able to review each project and give us their preferences and feedback.
